As a new mum, I really appreciate the service from the family birth centre, breastfeeding centre & physiotherapy department in KEMH.

My midwife Shani was great to deal with, she was caring, professional & fully supported my choice. I can’t thank her enough to help me through the pregnancy & labor.

The breastfeeding centre consult Sarah was also great to help me achieving my goal of fully breastfeeding.

I also enjoyed the service from KEMH Physio. They helped me antenatally & postnatally. I joined all their classes which definitely helped my physiological problems.

Thank you so much for all your help. I would choose KEMH again if I have a 2nd baby. I’ll happily recommend them to all mums.

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby, this is such a wonderful and exciting time for you and your family! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Women and Newborn Health Service (WNHS), more specifically the Family Birth Centre (FBC) and the Midwifery Group Practice (MGP), Breast Feeding Centre and the Physio Department.

I am extremely pleased to hear that you had a positive experience with our service. We pride ourselves in protecting, promoting and supporting safe birth and we are extremely proud of our staff who strive to provide our patients and their families with the support to achieve positive outcomes during their pregnancy journey, labour and in the postnatal period.

Our staff at the Breast Feeding Centre are dedicated to helping new mothers breastfeed successfully. It is lovely to hear that you were able to get the advice and support you needed. I am pleased that the staff in our Physio Department were also able to help you with your pregnancy and in the postnatal period.

Thank you for sharing your story and we will be sure to send your appreciative comments to all the staff involved, with special thanks to Shani and Sarah.
