I recently gave birth to my third child at King Edward Hospital and had a truly positive experience. I was looked after by midwives from the MGP4 group who really helped me through birth. I felt safe and supported throughout and couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. I never felt pressured or ignored and had all options presented to me. In my opinion, the midwives are an invaluable asset to King Edwards and their program offered a great amount of support before, during and after birth. Thank you so much.

Dear induscz75,

Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge the high quality care you received from the Midwifery Group Practice 4 (MGP4) group at King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH). I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you and your family on the birth of your third baby. I am sure this is going to be a busy, but fun time for you and your family getting to know your new baby.

I will ensure your feedback is passed on to the MGP4 staff involved in your pregnancy and birthing journey. Our aim here at Women and Newborn Health Service (WNHS) is to make sure all our patients feel safe and supported and that their journey is a happy one. I have to agree with you - all of our midwives are an invaluable asset to WNHS!

We would definitely like to expand our MGP service so that more women in our community can access care from the same small group of midwives for the duration of their pregnancy, labour and in the postnatal period.

Once again, congratulations to you and your family. I wish you all the best for the future.
