Came for my 1st dose for Pfizer. Very organised from the moment I stepped in, until I stepped out.
A gentleman by the name of Peter (admin) who checked me in, was exceptionally courteous and professional. I believe you’ve got a great team of staff from admin to RNs and the hotel service staff were non stop and on the ball.
Last but not least, recovery room for my 15mins sit down was a hoot. Floss and Judith were both very profoundly humorous and in my opinion, they are born to be nurses and know how to put us at ease.
