About: St George Hospital / 1 South Maternity

(as a parent/guardian),

Overall experience is great apart of 1 - 2 staff who I believe don’t like to do their job.

First, a midwife who works at night shift and I believe acts rude sometimes. I think it is because my partner doesn’t speak English or it is the midwife attitude to all patients. Anyway, one night my partner called this midwife's assistance to change my baby's nappies. I understand that the midwife said that the nappy's still clean without checking it properly. But, I believe this midwife slapped my spouse's hand when trying to show the midwife that the nappy needs to be changed.

Secondly, in my opinion, the interpreter we had needs to learn manners and be more professional on their job.
