"A Thank You to the Nurses"

I just wanted to jump online on behalf of my family and kindly thank all of the wonderful staff who took such great care of our Nan, and our whole family at such a trying time.

After a stroke, my nan spent three days/nights in ward 51 before passing. These three days were a very hard time for my family, but Charlie's staff were so wonderful. I want to especially thank Dr Ian, Holly, Jess, Ines, Claudia and Raelene, who not only cared so well for my Nan but were so kind and caring of my Pop who was in there each day with her. They kept us updated and were very kind to take our calls when needed.

I also had family stuck over east due to border closures and desperate to reach her before she took her last breath. Despite not being granted permission, the hospital and particularly Roger was so kind and understanding as he dealt with my family and kindly tried to help to the best of his abilities. 

I also know my Nan would want us to extend our gratitude, I truly can't thank you all enough for how kind you have been at such a trying time.
