"Pleasant experience overall"

I came twice to St George Hospital Vaccination hub for my Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccination. The first time I queued for over an hour from the entrance to the hospital but this time there were only 2 people ahead of me. The process was very efficient this time and on both occasions, all staff were friendly and polite.

The vaccination itself was quick and painless. Whilst waiting 15 minutes post-vaccination I was offered a bottle of water and a mini hand sanitiser to take home. Everyone was respectful of social distancing and I was given the opportunity to ask any questions I may have had. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I was impressed with the service.
