"Thanks to all staff"

I write this note with appreciation for all the wonderful care I received when I was a patient in your hospital.

For me, it was a worrying and frightening time to experience the pain that overtook my body. The ambulance arrived quickly; and efficiently took me to the hospital. At the hospital I felt I was welcomed by a friendly and assuring staff.  The doctor, soon diagnosed the problem and, I believe, wasted no time in treating the area of severe pain. I was admitted into a lovely room complete with en-suite, to be met by some more friendly staff. My husband was offered cups of tea and even a bed. I felt the atmosphere was calming and reassuring, and the food was good and the cleaning efficient.

So, Dr. W and everyone working at Augusta Hospital I thank you all for your exemplary care. I told everyone now I'm back in Perth following my holiday; if I ever need emergency care again, I shall ask to go to Augusta!
