About: Albany Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I recently attended Albany hospital with my partner in the late afternoon and I was booked in to stay due to my inflamed gal bladder.

The next morning I was still in the emergency department as there is no bed available for my stay. Very disappointed that this happening. I am not in a situation where I can go home to rest until further treatment is done as I had to travel 160kms from my home and my family.
