"COVID 19 Vaccination certificate"

About: St George Hospital COVID Vaccine Hub

(as the patient),

I've received my second dose for the Pzifer vaccine last month but no record of my vaccination recorded in my My Gov account. Called the St George Hospital and they gave me a contact number for the vaccination hub but cannot get through. Concerned about why the vaccination record is not reflecting in my vaccination register and when will it be updated by the provider. According to the NSW Health website, this information will be updated within 24 hours.
