"Security at main entrance"

About: Wonthaggi Hospital

(as other),

I agree with feedback I read on the security team member at the main entrance of BCH.  On a recent Friday morning, I was entering to go through for testing. In my opinion, the security member was rude and when I replied back, they went to ask what my name and business was at BCH, as well, I believe, as about to call a code on me.  I stood my ground and entered after getting my green tick, though I felt they hunted me down after leaving and I felt threatened.

Dear lacertame48,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out - sadly I didn't ever get contacted by the previous writer to understand the detail - this meant I couldn't fully investigate, although to keep everyone feeling safe (including our staff and contractors), we have made some changes to our process which we are monitoring.

It would be very helpful if I could talk to you to understand the detail of your interaction. I am available to be contacted on 0472 846 355.

I hope I hear from you, Jan
