"Osborne Park Outpatients Care"

I would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Osborne Park Hospital stroke ward who cared for my mother after she had her stroke about a year and a half ago. She made an incredible recovery in the time that she was cared for and speaks so fondly of how kind, caring and patient the stroke ward nurses, OT's and physios were with her.

In addition, the outpatient care she has received has been wonderful as well. She has received OT care for an extended period from Capri and Geraldine. Spending the most time since her stroke with Geraldine who has just been so vital in my mother's recovery. Geraldine's approach to treating my mum has been above and beyond, from helping me understand how to deal with a family member who has experienced a stroke, to advice and implementing better ways for mum to manage her off days and plan for better days. We thank you so much Geraldine and Osborne Park for your care over the past year and a half!
