About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Pathology Collection Centre

(as a service user),

Every time we go there, they are close the doors early. My partner finishes work at 3pm and by the time we get there, they are closed, and we want to know why this is, when their hours say they close at 3:30pm.

Dear orangekc53,

Thank you for your feedback concerning the NSW Health Pathology – East department situated on Sydney/Sydney Eye Hospital grounds. This has been shared with the Collections Manager for NSW Health Pathology – East. He is sorry you have had problems accessing the pathology and assures us that the closing time is 3:30pm. To ensure patients needing pathology collection have timely access, a contact name and phone number will now be displayed on the door to assist their patients.
