"Hospital ED - nurse practitioner"

About: Collie Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I presented to ED having had a raised heart rate for a few days post covid vaccine. I’d just had an episode that didn’t settle quickly and was worried as I’d never experienced anything like this before. I felt Beth was so kind, caring and thorough. Even though ED was busy she took time to explain things and reassure me. I just wanted to say a big thank you - I really appreciated it.

Dear Sunflower10,

Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm glad we were able to help you through what must have been a worrying time.

Collie Health Service is very lucky to have such kind and caring staff such as Beth. Our staff go above and beyond, and to know that their efforts are appreciated is very welcome. Beth, like all our Nurse Practitioners in the South West provide an excellent service to their local communities.

Thanks again for your lovely feedback!
