"Giving birth"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Medical Ward

(as the patient),

With the care from the MGP program, I felt safe, secure and cared for!

Things never went perfectly to plan as my body and birth plan took their own toll.

But one thing that was supportive and safe was the care from the MGP program and my beautiful Midwife.

I believe the midwives on the MGP are so caring for all the women. I really am so humbled. I have never respected a job so much until meeting the midwives and think they are just amazing 🤩

I do believe Bunbury should invest in a birth centre, that would be amazing 💗

Dear bargainre94,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of being cared for and supported during your pregnancy, birth and first weeks with your new baby with the Bunbury MGP midwives.

The preparing for and welcoming of new life can feel for many like a vulnerable and sometimes daunting experience, amongst the excitement and anticipation. The team are deeply committed to providing ongoing support along this journey and ensuring individualised and evidence-based care for the women and families they care for. Your feedback is very affirming of their commitment and I will be sure to pass this on to them.

Enjoy your new little one and thank you again for your feedback.

Warm regards,

Abbey
