"Failure to upload my child's vaccination record"

My child - a health worker - had their first Pfizer shot mid July, and second one early August. My child's second shot has not been recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). They have spent many, many hours on the phone, calling many different organisations (AIR, Medicare, Sydney LHD, NSW Vaccination Support Line, and filled out an on-line form concerning the matter), and continues to be, I feel, sent from pillar to post.

I understand my child has been told by the Vaccine Support Line that RPA is the only organisation which can correct this mistake, but every time they call RPA they are diverted to all kinds of other operations - Service NSW, Sydney LHD, etc.

My child is now feeling desperate, as they will soon have to prove their vaccination status to keep their job. In my opinion, RPA has been very unhelpful indeed, and as of the day writing this story, my child's problem is no closer to resolution.
