"Angry"

I am an older person and also very active. I was recently admitted and was sent home. I was admitted again three days later being light-headed and when in Emergency, the doctor attending me was told by "someone" that as I had Private Health Insurance, I could go to a Private Hospital.

I then asked, if I did not have private insurance would I have been told the same.  I was then later told I could go home but was adamant that I wanted to know what was causing my symptoms as I did not have to want to have to call the Ambulance again.

I was later admitted to a Ward and the only test I had was a Physio, for I think Vertigo which I do not have (I still think it is my neck or ears and was told that they do not do surgery on necks or ears).  I am a bit angry that this has happened as I am still not well and no cause was given to me.

As I understand it, other patients that also were admitted also gave their excess and were not told to go elsewhere. Apart from this happening,I feel  you should be very, very proud of your hospital and the wonderful staff as you could not wish for to better.

(I also spent a few days earlier in the year with the same symptoms).
