My family member is admitted to RAH ICU. I was getting run around on what to do including SAhealth Covid hotline. I was then contacted by the ICU Social Worker during the weekday and he helped me to streamline the process, advocated for my approval to Senior Authority and kept me updated and counselled me via, phone, sms and email. What an amazing person to empathise with families who need support and understanding.
