We are travelling Australia and my Husband required medical attention. We presented to the ED at Carnarvon Hospital in WA.
COVID screened prior to entry to ED. Triaged quickly and professionally. Seen by Dr promptly. Bloods taken and results in, I felt, record time. Re-presented for follow up and repeat bloods plus ultrasound two days later. Again, triaged promptly and professionally. Seen by a different Dr who again was professional and caring.
In my opinion, pathology staff, nursing staff, clerical staff, medicos, cleaners all doing a great job. Thank you.
I’ve worked in NSW Health for over 3 decades and to say I was impressed by Carnarvon Hospital personnel would be an understatement. I believe they are good people doing a great job. I hope they’re all valued.
