"Cardiac Rehabilitation Program"

A few days ago, I completed my Cardiac Rehab Program at Eastern Health in Wantirna. I recently had two stents implanted after suffering chest pain while exercising. I had no idea that I had a heart problem before and it really knocked my confidence for a six. As a non-smoking life-long vegetarian who was always active, I never imagined this would happen to me.

Vivian and her team have created the most safe, uplifting, kind and encouraging environment that I could have ever imagined. The sessions were great and all of the physios were really supportive and made everything fun while still being a challenge.

The greatest gift I got from the sessions was that they restored my confidence in myself and my body. I genuinely feel that I'm ready to move on to more exercise and mobility and can't praise the program highly enough. Our medical professionals are real gems and I feel so lucky to have had the benefit of their care. I really hope as many people as possible take full advantage of this wonderful program. It doesn't matter what age you are or what condition you're in, there will be something for you to achieve and staff to support and care for you.
