"Wonderful staff and educational rehab program"

I have now finished my second round of the Mackay day re-hab program. The three ladies Terrie-Lea, Olivia and Jess are just amazing in what they do and how they run things. I felt very supported by them and they also provided a safe environment in which I felt welcomed into. There’s never any judgement by anyone which also made me feel very comfortable.

My individual needs were met by providing me with support letters and coping strategies. Just someone to talk to, they're always there to listen and help. 

I loved engaging in all of the modules for I learnt even more about myself and my values and goals in life. A lot of negative beliefs I had about myself and my substance abuse use was challenged by using a strength-based approach.

In my opinion, the program is a lot of fun where we all shared some humour and lots of laughs.

Once again I would highly recommend the day rehab program to anyone who is suffering and alcohol and substance abuse problems.
