Recently, I had a colonoscopy done after some blood was found in a test I had completed. The procedure was done at Wonthaggi Hospital.

I have to say that I was left extremely impressed with the friendliness, care and explanation provided by all of the staff from the receptionist to all the nurses I had contact with and the doctors involved. I want to sincerely thank all the staff that I had contact with.

The experience left me feeling very confident with the medical care provided by the Wonthaggi Hospital.

Dear Invy patient,

Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in responding as I sit here at my Invy kitchen bench with my laptop (aren't we lucky to live in such a beautiful place!). Thank you for taking the time to post this lovely feedback.

Our staff are particularly busy at the moment- there is a lot happening- and still they continue to come to work with a clear objective to do the best they can for their community.
