"Outpatient experience at the therapy hub"

About: Osborne Park Hospital / Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

I have been seeing Charlene, a physio at Osborne Park outpatient service for treatment and guidance of Achilles Tendinopathy condition from a referral from my GP and another hospital's Orthopaedic Dept. 

I have been seeing Charlene for the past 6 months on a regular basis. 

I would like to compliment the service and particularly Charlene for the professional and caring service I received. I felt she went beyond the usual expectations to deliver a caring and well-informed experience, providing me with information and guidance to manage my condition and suggestions for other complementary treatments which may help. I was very impressed by her caring and professional attitude.
