"My experience was outstanding"

I had a gastroscopy through the Day Surgery Unit and right from the start with the ladies at the front desk, absolutely everyone I met during my short stay was outstanding. I must give a special mention to nurses Sharon and Tarryn in Day Surgery who were so warm and made sure you felt comfortable and well looked after and Patient Care Assistant, Tracey who was so friendly and helpful.

Everyone was obviously very busy but they made sure each person was happy and comfortable. Dr Oliver and the Anaesthetist both had a lovely, warm bedside manner and took the time to explain the procedure. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience!
