"A recent protracted stay"

Recently, I had an acute appendicitis which resulted in a lengthy stay in the Bunbury hospital. From the moment I presented myself to the hospital in Busselton, I was impressed with the efficiency and manner of the care that I received.

In my opinion, despite all the negative media attention surrounding our health care system, I discovered that the WA Health Care is of a very high standard in patient care and needs. I found the nursing staff and specialists were very attentive, informative, compassionate and professional despite their busy schedules. At no stage did I ever feel that my needs were overlooked and I would like to congratulate all those individuals employed by our health service.
