About: Northam Health Service / Sub-Acute Services

(as a service user),

Everything I needed was provided. Well done to all staff involved in my care. I found that the meals were great, and in my opinion, the physio personnel were experienced and took care to provide support when needed. 

Apparently no Wi-Fi available, why not if all other hospitals seem to have it?

Thank you for your feedback concerning your recent experience with Northam Hospital Rehabilitation service. I was very pleased to read that you had such a positive experience from all who were in involved in your care. I will have great pleasure in passing your feedback to the team.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused by not having access to WIFI. I am advised that there continues to be discussions of a longer term possibility for the availability of patient WIFI. Currently both Telstra and Optus support mobile coverage within Northam Hospital and this is available to be used by personally owned devices.

Thank you again for your feedback and raising an important point on WIFI availability.
