My husband required a flight to Perth for a priority operation, Naomi was encouraging and very helpful when problems arose regarding the flight arrangements.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We will forward it to Naomi and the Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS) team as well as our management team. Patients using the PATS are often very anxious about traveling away from their homes to Perth for medical treatment so the team works particularly hard to ensure a compassionate and efficient service. It is always nice to hear that they are achieving that aim.
