"Second visit to urgent care"

About: Cowes Phillip Island Health Hub / Urgent Care Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

I have had to take my toddler daughter to urgent care hub in Cowes twice in recent times. Both times were amazing where we were treated so well.

I found that the nurses are very skilled in their roles and manage all the different areas seamlessly. In my opinion, it must be hard triaging, looking after 4 patients and assisting in arranging hospital transfers (which occurred for us). I felt the treating Drs were also great and very kind.
