It seems to me to be an on going issue that the allied health professionals at the Katanning Hospital apparently fail to return contact. I have been trying to contact one of the services for around the past month, leaving multiple phone messages (both on direct answering machine and with the front desk) and emails, only to not receive any contact back.
Based on my experience, I know I am not the only person this has/is happening to as I believe others in the community have said it too.
In my opinion, it makes people feel very unwelcomed and unimportant to the point people start looking at services offered through private practice or other places or possibly not reaching out for help at all.
