"Knee injury"

About: Geraldton Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Fantastic service at ER from the Triage nurse (male) who we found was extremely professional, friendly and personable. I felt he immediately provided pain relief and checked up again in half hour gone and provided more pain relief. I need him to know that he did a fantastic job on his shift in what I believe was an extremely busy night in ER.

I didn’t get his name but I hope this message gets back to him, line manager and admin. The clerical officer I felt was also professional and friendly. I believe a great effort from all in X-ray, orderlies and then finally the Doctor. Based on my experience, the standout service was the Triage nurse on duty. Well done.
