My infant twin children were admitted to the children’s ward 3A, via ED after both had a fever of unknown origin. Our experience was great from start to finish. I felt we were seen and looked after very quickly in the Children's ED and the nurses were so helpful in assisting me with my twins. We were admitted very quickly and all the doctors and nurses on the children's ward who I dealt with were so nice and helpful.
I found they responded quickly to every one of my requests and were so good at explaining to me what was going on. We were also given a couple of knitted toys from some volunteers, what a lovely gift.
Despite it being an awful and stressful situation, our stay was pleasant.
"Great experience"
