(as the patient),

I have had two separate hand fractures in the last 12 months and have seen the team at the Sydney hand hospital both times.

I found the whole operation from check in, xray, specialist and physio was so smooth. Incredibly friendly and trustworthy staff that gave me a lot of confidence about the whole process.
