I would like to thank the midwives at the KEMH Family Birth Centre for their outstanding level of professionalism and care throughout my pregnancy, birth and also postnatally.

I was in MGP 1, my primary midwife was Grace. Sophie also supported me during the birth and postnatally.

The knowledge of the midwives, the comprehensive and thorough support provided through pregnancy and the advocacy of our personalised requests for the birth were 100% respected and encouraged by our midwives.

The level of confidence it gave me and my partner and the continuity of care even when we were transferred to the hospital was phenomenal. 

I can't thank MGP1 and the Family Birth Centre enough for the experience we had in their care.

Thank you to all midwives involved in our care, at the Family Birth Centre and KEMH Hospital. For a birth that didn't turn out as we expected, I couldn't fault the support we received from your teams.

It is wonderful to hear you experienced an outstanding level of care at the King Edward Memorial Hospital Family Birth Centre and when under the care of our Midwifery Group Practice 1 (MGP1) team throughout your pregnancy, labour and postnatally. It is lovely to hear the continuity of care and support you received from our midwives Grace and Sophie gave you confidence and that your requests were respected.
