About: Hedland Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Based on my experience, nurses unprofessional and talking down to me. I believe gossiping with other nurses within earshot of patients about other staff. I recall talking down to patients with social issues. I feel frustrated with lack of compassion and professional behaviour, in my opinion

Dear Consumer71,

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback regarding the Emergency Department staff at Hedland Health Campus. I am sorry if this issue has caused you any undue stress. The expectation for all staff who work with WA Country Health Service is to be professional, respectful and compassionate to each other, patients and their families. It is very disappointing to hear that you have not had this experience.
