"No communication"

Had an appointment with a clinician (whose name I can provide) who I felt didn’t really engage with me & asked me one question & it seemed that was it the whole 60 seconds of my appointment. I felt like I wasn’t heard when I tried to let them know how I’ve been feeling, when I asked them is that normal? I recall they stated they didn’t know, I’m the one who only can feel what I feel. I felt they shut me down, I felt like they couldn’t care less, they would rather be elsewhere, body language, eye contact, the whole appointment I felt uncomfortable, unheard & felt that was a waste of my time & I’m going to get a second opinion as I don’t trust this clinician.
