(as a relative),

My husband was admitted to Collie Hosp (emergency dept) with 3 broken ribs. The care & attention he received was of the utmost professionalism. Later he was admitted to the ward 2, then ward 8. The care and love to my husband and family was so caring.

I would like to note a very special thankyou to Reg Nurse Kiyarni.

She was so thoughtful to all of us and our daughter.

He was discharged 3 days later with follow up treatment.

I 'm glad we were able to provide your husband with great care.

Kiyarni, like all our wonderful Collie staff take great pride in the care they give to our community and to see that is acknowledged in this way will be well received by our staff.
