When I transferred my mum from a different nursing home late last year, I cried with happiness as I could tell immediately that mum was now in a safe & respectful environment. Caron & Marissa were very welcoming. Julie was very helpful with hanging up mum's clothes and organising any laundry.
Tracey & Deirdre have been wonderful at getting mum into the shower & bathing her so that she actually enjoys it. Anu, Carey and the other head nurses (that I may not remember their names), have all been wonderful. Julieanne, Hadjit, Meeka, have all been lovely & professional. Ethel has always been very informative & professional.
Ryan, Reese & Owen have all been welcoming, friendly & professional. Meg & Ros have always served mum in a friendly manner. I am unable to remember all the names of the nurses, but I cannot complain about anyone. They have all treated mum with the utmost respect, dignity and not patronising.
In particular, Tania & Toni worked very well as a team of Diversional therapy. It was sad to lose Toni to another service, but I understand why. (Shortage of staff I believe).
Also Jane was a wonderful Physio therapist, after mum had shattered her right femur.
All in all, mum has been very happy with where she lives. And knows they look after her well.
"A note of appreciation to all the staff"
