"Program support"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

I did the Hypnobirthing Australia/Positive Birth Program via telehealth before my birth at the Bunbury Regional Hospital and found the program very useful. It taught me about all the different options when it comes to my pregnancy and birth, and it made me feel very well informed about what might happen. It meant when the birth of my daughter didn't quite go the way I had planned or hoped for, I was still able to feel in control and comfortable.

I was also under the Midwifery Group Practice in Bunbury throughout my pregnancy and birth. The MGP midwives were amazing and the program made me feel very supported before, during and after the birth. I feel very lucky to have had access to the Positive Birth Program and the MGP in a regional area and without any cost.

Congrats golfkm36 on the birth of your baby!

I am glad to hear that the knowledge and tools of the Positive Birth Journey supported your birth journey. I find it so valuable for those women whose birth journeys are not straight forward and I am glad to hear it supported you through yours.

How fabulous are the MGP team! I am sure they will be thrilled to read your feedback.

Thank you again for sharing such a positive journey with us.

Warm Regards,

Kasey Biggar
