(as a service user),

I went into my birth working towards having an unmedicated birth; however, the main thing I wanted was a positive and empowering birth experience, which is exactly what I got!

I credit that to the hypnobirthing tools that I learned during the positive birth program at the Bunbury Regional Hospital and also the time and energy my partner and I put into practicing the tools every day in the lead up to our birth. I think also having a wonderful and supportive medical team also helped make it a positive experience.

Thank you again for providing such an amazing free program to our community!

You really did grab and run with our mantra - 'Release and let go'. You were able to find positives in your birth despite it not being what you initially thought it may look like.
