"Lack of signage"

About: Dental Services (Bass Coast Health)

It is disconcerting for someone who hasn't been to the dental clinic for some time, to try and find the entrance to dental clinic. Where the entrance to clinic is you will find what is the exit. What is more the exit is most inconvenient to have to then walk around the building to get to my car.

Dear grusrj38,

I am very sorry about the inconvenience you experienced. We are in the midst of much work on our site as we build our new hospital. Unfortunately we have had to accommodate many changes with the car parking and with our entrances and we still have a couple of months until all the new arrangements are finalised. I am very sorry that this is going to take so long and in the interim, I will talk with the Dental team to make sure their pre-appointment information provides the most up to date info to help our valued clients navigate our building site. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
