"Feedback from the family of a patient"

About: Wilson Lodge

(as a friend),

This is a complaint from a family who had a relative as a patient in Wilson Lodge. They have stated that their relative was a very difficult patient, but while in care their relative was frequently left with their drinking water out of reach.

It seems to me that we are marketing our services out in the community and I feel it does not help if basic nursing standards are not being met.
