"Care from the district nursing team"

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the district nurses, in my opinion they were all fantastic. There was Jo, Helen, Fiona, Adam, Michael, and Linda. I had spent two weeks in hospital earlier in the year and the district nurse service was just a clean and re-dress of wounds twice a week, but I really appreciated them coming to my house and the service.

I would love to be able to get in contact with the district nursing team and send them a letter or some flowers to say thank you. I wanted to let them know they are appreciated.
