(as a parent/guardian),

Thankyou to the staff at Albany (WA) Hospital Emergency Dept.

My daughter was treated in the Dept recently for a foot infection issue.

All staff we interacted with, including the security team member attending to the entry, were very welcoming and professional in their care and duties.

The treating Doctor, Tom, provided excellent reassurance to my anxious daughter and provided a high level of professional care.

Thank you for taking the time to share the story of your and your daughter’s visit to the emergency department on the Albany Health Campus. We value feedback from our community as it allows us to celebrate the things we do well and learn from the things we don’t do so well.
