I want to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for the professionalism and care provided to me recently one afternoon at Warren Hospital, Manjimup.
Last week, I had a fall at Mt Chudalup and broke a bone in my wrist. The professional, friendly and prompt care I received from the triage, radiology and clinical team of the Emergency Department was outstanding. They got me back to a level where I was able to safely make it to my hotel and ultimately back to Perth the next day for a flight back home to Melbourne.
If this team is indicative of the quality of the regional health service, then the Southwest region of Western Australia has access to the very best health support and care in my opinion.
The Orthopaedic Registrar, Dr Riza, at Bunbury Hospital is also worthy of mention. He contacted the hospital nearest my home and made a referral so that surgery was completed quickly.
I feel very grateful for their care and assistance.
"Outstanding care experience at Warren Hospital"
