About: Prince of Wales Hospital / L4 NCCC - Haematology Oncology Day Centre (HODC)

(as the patient),

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the care that I got there recently with Natalie and all the staff. Recently, I was in the oncology/hematology ward for chemo and I was just amazed at the way the staff worked. It was a full ward and I found everything was a minimum of fuss, extremely well co-ordinated. I was frankly just amazed and I wanted to pass that on. Especially Natalie who did everything for me, and on top of everything else someone came in with lunch.

I have been working in health care for over 40 years and I know what they go through and how hard it is. I was so impressed, they knew when every drip needed changing. I want to make sure this gets passed on to Natalie, I believe she is marvelous.
