Just wanting to say a big Thank You to the treating Dr (Ahmad) and Nurse (Heather) in ED on a Saturday night. I had to attend Bunbury Hospital ED after my son had an accident with a wall at the local skate park, cutting his cheek open. He didn't want stitches so they helped to calm him and explain what needed to be done. Dr Ahmad and Nurse Heather were fantastic and I would like to say a big thank you for what you do. It is appreciated and valued the hard work you put into each patient to make them feel relaxed was spot on.

I am so pleased to hear that your son had a great experience in our Emergency Department during what must have been a scary event for him. Our team go above and beyond to ensure that kids aren't frightened during treatment and it will be a delight to pass on your thanks.
