(as a carer),

I took my elderly sister to the Endoscopy Unit earlier this month for a procedure.

All the staff I saw were fantastic but I would like to particularly mention the nurses- Yolanda, Carol and Yan.

They were so caring, gentle, communicative and friendly. They endured my sister and I had a stress-free visit.

Thank you x 1 trillion.
