This is about the food dishing up staff only in Logan Lodge recently. I had preordered battered fish with salad. I recieved at table small piece of steamed/grilled fish. I asked the wait staff, who was polite and helpful, if I could exchange fish for battered like others at my table had been served, as I look forward to "Fish Friday". The wait staff said sure then returned to me and said it would take a while. I waited patiently for some time then another wait staff checked for me, they also returned again saying they had been told I would have to wait.

I waited again for quite some time, then I heard a loud voice talking to me from servery saying they have only got cut up fish. I realised it was me being spoken to and answered is it battered? Person replied yes and I answered saying "all right thank you". On receipt of the meal, I was not happy with result and left 3/4 of my whole meal. I was upset.

Dear foxtrotse79,

Thankyou for taking the time to write about your dining experience and the disappointment in the fish that you received. Today your story was discussed amongst some of the senior managers and I know that there is a lot of discussion with the kitchen and serving staff about how we can improve our food services for you, and your fellow consumers in Logan Lodge.
