(as the patient),

I had primary care nurse visit me for about couple of months. I could not have asked for somebody better, the nurse’s personality and smile on her face, she was absolutely wonderful. We were able to have great conversations and she seemed to be happy all the time. She was very easy to get along with. I believe her name was Maria, though I just called her Marie. I believe that if all nurses were like that, it would be a wonderful world.

We often forget how important it is to share a smile and enjoy a conversation with a patient. You have helped us understand how important these kind acts are, and valued by our patients.
