(as the patient),

I am pregnant with twins and signed up to the Covid at home care program for peace of mind when I got Covid recently. The service has been exceptional! I have felt cared for, listened to and respected. I have had calls 3 times a day and felt really cared for. I am so impressed with this service and take my hat off to Australia for having such an incredible caring service to those in need. Based on my experience, you have set the bar extremely high for other countries to follow.
