About: Lives Lived Well – Carinya Transition House (Wollongong)

(as the patient),

I went into recovery so i could be a better mum and be present. Carinya and the day program have assisted by helping me create support networks that are positive, creating a relapse prevention plan, creating routine, learning to live in different environments, patience and accountability. Staff and other clients have been supportive and encouraging. Staff keep me accountable and care for my best interests.
